Lydia, Artist of The Paint Box Project

The Paint Box Project is a unique program that uses the healing power of art to help young cancer patients and their families express themselves during and after cancer treatment. This year we recognize 20 years of inspiration born, friendships forged and messages of hope conveyed since the Roswell Park Alliance Community Advisory Board began the program. We honor and take pride in the young artists who are surviving cancer and have gone on to colleges and careers. We look back on cards designs from past collections and remember those children who showed such bravery but lost their battles. And we take heart in the knowledge that through your purchase of cards and gifts from The Paint Box Project, funds are raised that support the most promising cancer research and compassionate patient care programs at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

More than $7.4 million has been raised through The Paint Box Project over the past two decades.
